In accordance with current regulations (Law 24.240 on Consumer Protection and complementary provisions), Lennox Hotels offers its guests the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal for reservations made remotely (by telephone, email or website).
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, please note the following:
- If the booking was made through a travel agency or an online portal (Booking, Despegar, etc.) , you will need to manage the request directly with that platform.
- If the reservation was made directly with the hotel , you can start the cancellation process by completing the form available at the bottom of this page, or by sending an email to: reservas@lennoxhotels.com with the following information:
- Reservation number
- Full name of passenger(s)
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Payment method used
- Any comments you consider important to add
Once the request is received, the hotel will assign you an order identification code within the next 24 business hours , and will inform you of the steps to follow to make the refund effective.
Terms and conditions
- The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 10 calendar days from the date of the reservation.
- If the service begins before that deadline, the cancellation can be made at least 24 hours before the check-in time.
- If the stay or service has already been used in whole or in part, there is no right of withdrawal .
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
