Our Chef de cuisine prepares his dishes fresh daily and uses only local ingredients and meats cooked in a salamander stove (wood-fed). The results are succulent traditional dishes, creative desserts and velvety fondues that will delightfully surprise the taste buds of even the most discerning guests.

We highly recommend our breakfast and dinner menus early in the morning and later in the evening; not only for the great food that you will enjoy but for the view that comes with it.
